Geraldine Blazina Spinach Balls

 2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed and squeeze out all of the water

1 large onion, chopped

1/3 cup oleo (margarine or butter today)

2 cups StoveTop stuffing mix, as is = dry

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/2 t garlic powder

4 eggen eggs

Mix oleo, onions, spinach

Mix all other ingredients together with spinach

form into balls.  Make in 350 degree oven 15-20 minutes
