Cook 14 oz can of sauerkraut with 1/2 cup water for 15 minutes. Drain; put thru food grinder.
Add 12 oz can of corned beef and 1 small onion, diced small
Melt 1/2 cup butter
Stir in 1 cup flour, 1/4 t dry mustard, 1 t horseradish, 3/4 cup milk
Add to ground mixture of cauerdraut and corned beef. Cook until thickened. Add 1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs.
Cook a few minutes. Chill
Form into balls, roll in flour.
beat 2 eggs, then fine bread crumbs, and fry until golden brown.
