1/2# bulk pork sausage
1/2# grd chuck
minced garlic to taste
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
Mix together the meatball ingredients and shape into 1" balls. Mix together sauce ingredients. Add meatballs (don't brown and simmer 2-12 hours. Serve hot as appetizers.
SAUCE
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 6oz can wsater
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 t sugar
12 t crused red pepper
14 t dry mustard
1/4 t garlic salt
Pinch each of oregano, basil, thyme, and marjoram
5 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 pound sliced baken, cut into 3" pieces.
