Sugary Carrots

 2 pounds carrots, peeled and sliced

2 T butter melted

1 cup orange juice

1/3 cup brown sugar

salt and pepper to taste.

Melt butter in skillet.  Add carrots and cook 5 minutes til start to caramelize

Add OJ and brown sugar

Cook in glue 15 minutes, Salt and pepper to taste
