Ritz crackers, crushed fine

pkg frozen raspberries

Beat egg whites, add baking powder and beat until stiff. Grandually add sugar and vanilla. Fold in crackers and nuts. Put in well greased 10" pie plate or spread on greased pizza pan. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes. Do not overbake. 30 minutes exactly. Otherwise it will be too hard.

Mix the topping on low speed. and then change to high speed for not less than 15 minutes.

Fold in 1 pt cool whip. Cover. Keep frozen til serving.

At serving time, cut individual pieces of Ritz Pie, top with raspberry mixture.
