the only one i make anymore---slow cooker
Pam Barlow's Slow Cooker Swiss Steak
or 2 onion, sliced, separated
carrots, sliced thick
or 1 small can sauce and 1 pint tomatoes diced, Pam's prefered way
dredge tenderized round steak through flour and s/p mixture.
layer onions, sliced and separated in bottom of slow cooker. Top with steak, cut into serving size portions. Add tomatoes, carrots.
Cover. Cook on HI for 3-5 hours or on LOW 8-10 hours....Slow cooking is best
serve with mashed potatoes, corn.
