Bean and Corn Dip/Salad

Bean and Corn Dip/Salad


1 can drained black eyed peas (soup can sized)

1 can shoe peg corn ( 11 ounce size)

3 avocados diced

1 large lime- juice and pulp

4-5 green onion chopped

one small sweet onion chopped

4 to 5 roma tomatoes chopped

1/2 bundle fresh cilantro leaves chopped

3/4 cup Paul Newman's Italian dressing ( Family Recipe)

mix all ingredients together

garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

*Serve with good tortilla chips
