So, not only am I missing my ruler, but several recipes. So..here is the recipe I make for Fetticini Alfredo.
4oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Stir and melt the above together...toss with:
8 oz. fettuccine, cooked, drained
We like grilling chicken for this meal. Cut into pieces and serve on top!
